The stone glows faintly in the presence of deception, falseness, or documents that have been magically altered. The glow is visible to anyone nearby. It does not identify the source or nature of the falseness — only that something false is present.
The party watched it react when Liraelle’s program changed in her hands. That was the first time they saw it do something none of them could explain.
